Why does my desktop open inside my Web browser?

By default, we use an HTML5 RDP client to connect you to your desktop. You can choose to use a non-browser based protocol and client, when logging in from a client device that supports other clients.

Alternatively, try connecting using a native RDP client. To launch the client, click on the drop-down arrow next to the View button associated with your desktop and select the Remote Desktop Client option.
